Who:<\/span>  <\/strong>Building a Healthier Sweet Home Together serves the citizens of the rural community of Sweet Home, Oregon, and all who work and recreate in this community and region of east Linn County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What:<\/span>  <\/strong>Build a new 17,500-square-foot family medicine and walk-in clinic with a pharmacy <\/a>and helipad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where:<\/span><\/strong> South side of Highway 20 near Wiley Creek. 1289 49th Ave. in Sweet Home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When:<\/span> <\/strong> The new medical center<\/a> opened its doors to patients on Monday, Oct. 30, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why:<\/span>  <\/strong>Provide health care enhancements and improve access for citizens of Sweet Home, meet the community health priorities for the future as identified by the city of Sweet Home in strategic planning conversations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Campaign Goal:<\/span>  <\/strong>Completed! Thank you to our many donors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lead Foundation:<\/span><\/strong>  Lebanon Community Hospital Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThey can go to the main clinic, to the walk-in clinic, and have a doctor care for them. This is good for our community. Having one more option is a really nice thing. It\u2019s an improvement to the quality of life here in Sweet Home.\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
