At the center of the program is a 40-foot vehicle equipped with two clinical exam rooms, a check-in area and restroom. Patients can also receive vaccinations or be seen for a routine check-up. We are not able to provide X-ray services on the vehicle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of the community are welcome to use the mobile unit while at most of our locations. If you have insurance, please bring your insurance card. If you do not have insurance, our staff can help connect you with insurance or a Samaritan Health Services financial services program. The clinic is open every Monday from <strong>9 a.m. to 5 p.m.<\/strong> at <strong>Monarch on 4th Street in Corvallis<\/strong>, making it easy to receive care without traveling to a traditional medical office. Designed as a one\u2011stop location, the clinic brings together medical care and supportive services in a welcoming, low\u2011barrier environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The clinic provides <strong>prenatal and postpartum medical care<\/strong>, along with <strong>parenting support and peer support<\/strong>, all in one visit. <strong>No appointment is needed<\/strong>, so patients can simply walk in when it works for them. Visits are covered by most insurance plans, including <strong>IHN\u2011CCO and the Oregon Health Plan<\/strong>. For those without insurance, clinic staff are available to help with the application process, ensuring everyone has access to the care and support they need during pregnancy and after
